Jay Clark IV, began Pure Country with the vision of building a business legacy for his family. Their origins were simple, just a man with a plan, and his lovely wife Margaret by his side.

As the family business has grown and flourished, so has the product line. Throw blankets led to the addition of pillows, tote bags, and wall tapestries. The company now encompasses multiple divisions, each one carrying on the proud legacy Jay IV set in motion. 

Their beautiful woven creations result from the talent and inspiration of devoted artists and are woven by skilled American craftsmen on European Jacquard Looms. The wonderful outcome of this collaboration is an exceptional textile with high definition artwork that has pride woven into every inch, and that our valued customers will be proud to own. The textiles are woven with 100 % cotton for vibrancy, texture, durability and value. Each tapestry throw contains over 8 miles of 100 % cotton yarn. American grown, American spun, American woven. Something we are extremely proud of.
