Dark County, OH Walk to End Alzheimer's

On October 3, 2026, our All American Clothing team came together for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Darke County, Ohio. It’s an annual tradition that gives us time to remember our founder, Lawson Nickol, support a cause close to our hearts, and carry his spirit forward.

For us, every step is personal.

Remembering the Man Who Started It All

Lawson believed in taking action. His passion for keeping jobs in the USA helped build All American Clothing Co. in 2002, creating a company rooted in American manufacturing and the people who make it possible.

He also left us with a simple reminder:

    “Make Something Happen Today.”

Those words continue to inspire how we work and how we show up for others. They encourage us to try something new, lend a hand, and take the next step toward something that matters.

Lawson passed away from Alzheimer’s in September 2020. We miss him, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to honor his memory through a tradition that brings our team and community together.

    A Walk With Meaning

This year’s Darke County walk gave us another opportunity to put Lawson’s words into practice.

Walking alongside our community, we remembered why we return each year: to honor Lawson and stand with the individuals, families, and caregivers whose lives have been touched by Alzheimer’s.

The photos from this year’s event capture a meaningful part of that tradition—people coming together, making time for a shared purpose, and supporting one another.

We’re proud to keep taking these steps in Lawson’s memory.

    Thank You for Showing Up

To everyone who walked, donated, or supported the cause: thank you.

Your kindness helps carry this tradition forward. We’re grateful to our team and our local community for continuing to make room for something that meant so much to Lawson’s family and means so much to ours.

Lawson’s words remain an invitation to all of us. Help someone. Take a step. Put an idea into action.

    Make something happen today.
