following promotion is intended for viewing and participation

to Enter: By participating in this promotion, you agree to abide
by these rules. No purchase is required to enter this promotion,
you can enter for free by clicking (here) and
registering for the sweepstakes. You will need to complete the
form by providing your real name, address, and email address
to be eligible.
Entry
Deadlines: This promotion will run from Sept 1st, 2007 until
November 30, 2007. Entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM on the
last day of the sweepstakes.
Number
of Entries: Limit one entry per person.
Eligibility:
This promotion is open to residents of the U.S. Employees of
All American Clothing Co., its affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising
agencies and their families are not eligible to participate.
Contestants must submit a valid e-mail address to be eligible.
Drawings:
Prizes will be awarded in a random drawing within the 5 days
after the end of the sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by
e-mail within 14 days after the drawing. If any winner fails
to respond
within three
weeks of notification, the prize will be forfeited. Limit one
prize per person. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries
received.
Prizes:
The following prizes will be awarded:
A years supply of jeans (6 pair per year).
Use
of Likeness: By participating, except where legally prohibited,
each winner agrees to grant permission for Union Jean Company
to use his/her name, photograph, voice or likeness, for advertising,
and/or publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration.
Limitation
of Liability. Neither All American Clothing Co. nor its affiliates
are responsible for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable
network, server, ISP, website or other connections, malfunctions,
failed telephone, computer hardware, or software, or garbled,
jumbled, delayed or misdirected transmissions or other errors
or failures of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic;
including, without limitation, the incorrect or inaccurate capture
of entry information; or for lost, late, incomplete, damaged,
stolen, misdirected, illegible or postage due entries or mail.
All American Clothing Co. reserves the right to cancel or modify
the online portion of the promotion if it becomes technically
corrupt
and award prizes from among all online entrants included prior
to cancellation. Should the online portion of the promotion be
terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice shall
be posted at the entry web site. By entering, each entrant accepts
and agrees to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the
judges. Online entries generated by script, macro or other automated
means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible
or corrupted are void and will not be accepted. All American
Clothing Co. is not responsible for entries that are stolen,
misdirected, garbled, delayed by computer transmissions, lost,
late, illegible
and/or damaged or entries not received in time for the random
drawing. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation
of these promotions or undermine the legitimate operation thereof
is unlawful and subject to legal action by All American Clothing
Co.
or its agents and should such an attempt be made, All American
Clothing Co. reserves the right to seek damages from any such
entrant to the fullest
extent permitted by law. If, for any reason, the
promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection
by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention,
fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control
of All American Clothing Co, which corrupt or affect the security,
fairness, integrity or proper conduct of these promotions, All
American Clothing Co reserves the right, at its sole discretion,
to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the online portion of
the sweepstakes.
All American Clothing Co reserves the right to ban any entrant
who tampers with the operation of these promotions or otherwise
violates
the rules of these promotions.
All
American Clothing Co or its agents are not responsible for any damages,
claims or injuries arising from the unlawful acquisition of information
obtained from participation in these promotions by hackers or
other such individuals.
By
accepting a prize, winners waive any claims they may have against
All American Clothing Co, its affiliated companies, parents,
subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and all of their
respective
officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents,
and agree to hold the same harmless against any liability for
any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting in whole
or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession,
