These things are great! They are built well and mine came with a Free leather patch by accident. These do run large. I love them!
Union Made in the USA
Thank you to the Nickols family for advertising the Union Line products you always used to carry and advertise. Being Union Tradesman buyin union made in the USA products is eatremely important to me. I recommend your site often, the last time I bought my work jeans for the year, they were no longer adertized, but still avilable on special order. Since they're a special order item now,(I don't mind waiting at all for union made in the USA products, do you think we could once again get 28 & 29 inch legs back so I don't have to pay to get them shortened after I buy them? Other than that I love the Union Line & Greybear products Thanks, Mike Chicago
Proud of my "Made in USA" Patch
This is the first pair of jeans I've put on in years that fit me without a belt! Mind you, I've been wearing the same size all along. The tag warms my heart every time I see it. The pants are comfy right away; I can imagine what they're like broken-in. Thank you!
These are like the carpenter jeans I grew up with and could never find these days. Heavy feeling (but soft) denim and high quality construction with a very relaxed but not baggy cut. Well worth the price to buy American- and Union-made. While the site recommends buying 1 to 2 inches smaller in this style I ordered my usual size and glad I did. They fit perfectly and look great. All American Clothing's service was outstanding as well. Shipped the same day and on my doorstep in three days.
GREAT! GREAT! GREAT!
Have had the pleasure of owning a few pair of these jeans for a while and what can I say but they are GREAT! They look just like new so far and feel great. Hopefully I can get a years worth of work and wear from them, so far they are AWESOME. Nice to own a pair of jeans knowing the person that made them isn't being paid 35-60 cent a hour to make them.
I work in the railroad business and this carpenter jeans is just "what the doctor ordered" with ample size which makes maneuvering around locomotives/cars comfortable. I originally bought it for work and now wear it to public functions due to its overall comfort and also makes driving lost distances a pleasure (something we do in our neck of the woods). Keep up the good work and I've been a buyer of your products for over 5 years now and will continue to buy from your fine establishment.
I have seven pairs of UNION LINE jeans and I work for a major rail road. They hold up like no other. I forward these to everyone I know and have them on my local union website. THANKS Union Line workers, and thanks A.A.Clothing Co. for carrying them.
Love this product
I have to say I am impressed. I ordered 4 items on Monday and recieved them on Thursday. The quality of the clothing is also impressive. I will order again. Thank-you.
Quality and great price
I have been a "big brand" jean wearer for 25+ years and supporting our trade deficit in the mean time. I purchased 3 pair of the carpenter jeans after coming accross the site. I have told everyone I can about the jeans and am trying to get the info published in our union news letter. I think once people realize how inexpensive and what great quality just a matter of time before we see these jeans every where. Keep up the great Union craftsmanship and ease of doing business. PS> Order smaller than what you are currently wearing. I was a 34 in "Levi's" and am a 32 here.. Good luck and Thank you!!!
Great jeans -- proud to wear them
After Pointer brand USA jeans raised their prices at least $10 a pair to sponsor Nascar , I decided to look elsewhere for USA made jeans . I was happy to find UNION made USA jeans for a good bit less than Pointer brand and free shipping on 3 pair . These jeans are quality made and fit good , make sure to take the advise to get a size smaller . With the war on Unions in full effect across America , I am proud to support Union brothers and sisters in the clothing industry and I can even show my Carpenters Union pride by having my union logo on the jeans , which i did . My only complaint , hammer loop is too big , my hammer falls out We need more comapnies like this in the USA , its the consumer that can bring out jobs back , we need to demand and purchase made in USA products for the good of everyone
teamster from wisconsin
Just got my carpenter jeans and am very impressed with the fit and qaulity. But then again why wouldn't i be they are made by the best workers in the world. They suggested to order one or two sizes smaller than usual and they were spot on, they fit and look great. I tell people every day where to get these. Oh ya carhartt got nothing on these. Thanks to Ed Schultz and the folks at All American Clothes....
Best jeans ever
I have bought several pairs of these over the years. They hold up two or three time longer than any of the (insert American sounding classic brand here) imported types. I tried the made in usa, but not union AAC brand. They were good, but only @75% as durable as Union Line. The gusset was nice though. I have a pair waiting for me under the tree this year and I cannot wait. Thank You AAC for providing a great alternative to all those imported garments that are cheap to buy, but expensive to constantly replace.
I have been getting my jeans from you for five or more years and I still have the original pair of jeans I bought from you way back then. They still look good, when I can fit into them. These jeans fit good all the way around. The only change I would make is where you are putting the side leg pockets. I carry a small point and shoot camera in the leg pockets and wish the pockets were more in front or right at the sides. Otherwise these are great jeans.
Go USA, Go Union!!
These jeans are great. I used to wear Lee Carpenter style jeans, but I've bought a couple pairs of carpenter jeans from this site and won't go back. The jeans are much better made and you can tell they're much more durable. When you get them you can immediately feel the difference in the weight. I agree with the recommendation that you should order a size or two smaller. The ones I got are a bit too big in the waist but they're for work so no big deal. I just ordered another pair for casual wear and went two waist sizes smaller. Great to find jeans Union made in the USA!!
No More Chinese!
I originally decided to buy Carharrt jeans until I found out that not all of their jeans are made in the USA anymore. Worse yet definitely not union made. So I set, out through my IBEW local union website, to find manufacturers of Union/USA made products. I found this website, All American, and looked into what they offered. I was even more surprised to find out I could get IBEW and USA leather patches for them. Needless to say I ordered everything. The jeans are more than I could ask for: well constructed and quality denim that will last me through my day to day and night to night activities.(I just wish they offered them in Black but I can live with out it.) The free shipping deal with $99.00 or more purchase made the deal even sweeter. Everyone should be telling their friends and family about these websites that support USA/Union made products. We need to keep OUR people working, NOT everybody elses country's people. I can now say, I am a permanent All American Clothing Co. buyer.
My new favorite jeans
I used to wear Carhartt to work. Once they stopped offering the made in USA, Union made option, I looked elsewhere. These carpenter jeans are the best I've owned because of comfort on the job. They do run larger than Carhartts of the same size BUT, I found the added room improved my maneuverability and comfort on the job. At first I thought the were too big, so I ordered one waist size lower, and those were too small. So I went with my normal size and found them to be roomier than I was used to, but it was an improvement over the fit I was accustomed to. My advice as a Union Carpenter trades person, is get the size you usually wear. They are a little big, but it actually improves your manueverability on the job. I've been wearing them for about 4 months now- no signs of them wearing out yet. My new favorite brand of jeans. Sorry, Carhartt. Union made in the USA!

Union Made in the USA
I am proud to wear these union made to my union job.
I would like to see utility pockets on both sides. I love the fact that these jeans are made union in the USA. Pencil pockets on each side would also be a plus!
