I have these jeans and the basic style. The Chasity which fits me perfectly in a 30x30. I'm 55, 5'2, 130 and run between a size 6 and 8. These are a little long, but I like to wear these heels, so they are perfect. The basic style AAL601 is cut very similar, but a little smaller through the waist. I have those in a size 6 lenght 28 which I wear with flat shoes. I found the bethany are just cut way too low. Be sure to check the rise on the sizing chart. They would be great for a younger person. I'd love to see that jean come out in a rise about 3 inches more than it is. I just love All American jeans and their customer service.
A bit too flare….. AND WHY DO WOMEN'S COST MORE THAN MEN'S?
Love the denim. Love the placement of the pockets (really accentuate the rear in a good way.) Only problem is the flare is a bit much. They are tight around my thighs, which I don't mind, but then flare out too much. I am 5.3, 112 lbs. And got a 28x30. They are a little loose around the waste, too. I wish that this exact style and denim material was more of a straight leg or at least a lot less flare. Also, a belt loop ripped out after 4x wearing them. Still committed to buying jeans made in the USA. Keep trying.
Don't order by waist size alone
I couldn't even zip these up. I ordered by waist size and I think I would have done better to order by hip measurements. I don't think I was able to see the fitting chart when I ordered. It doesn't seem to open from some pages on my computer. Fitting directions would help.
Just bought these jeans, they fit great and are comfortable. I love that they are made in the US and are affordable.
Bought these two weeks ago and like that they come in regular sizes, none of that 2-20 women's sizes. Nice length. Fit the waist just right and no baggage in the front like I get with mens jeans. Only thing I don't like is the tiny pockets. Some of us girls work for a living (or just hate purses) and need space from phones, pocket knives, car keys etc... Also, it would be nice to be made from the same strong denim the men's jeans are, they feel like they have more stretch in them than the mens. Thank you for the great product and coming out with a women's line of jeans.
