UPDATE: Carhartt will NOT be closing the USA plants, but they are still discontinuing their Made in USA apparel program. Carhartt will still produce some goods in the USA, however, they will not keep the USA inventory separate from the foreign inventory. Once the
inventories are mixed Carhartt cannot guarantee you will receive USA made items when ordering from them. SO we will continue to sell their USA Made items as long as there is stock available. You may want to hurry and buy some USA made Carhartt while you can!
As we will only sell USA Made products and Carhartt can't guarantee USA Made, we will be discontinuing the Carhartt line of apparel when the USA Made inventory runs out. We will not support Carhartt's foreign made products. For over 119 years, Carhartt has manufactured premium workwear known for exceptional durability, comfort, quality of construction, and fit that you can feel in the fabrics and see in the performance. That is why we have decided to offer ONLY Carhartt's USA-MADE and union made Carhartt products. Because Carhartt has made the effort to produce a number of USA Made / Union Made clothing items in the states we are supporting the loyal workers who are involved in this part of the company. We want to help these workers continue to have jobs and incomes for their families. Carhartt does manufacture items in other countries as well, but we refuse to carry those items, we will only support their American workforce!! Carhartt creates and maintains many jobs in the USA for deserving Americans. They offer high quality USA MADE products that exceed Federal Trade Commission requirements to be labeled as USA Made. There can be a small percentage of raw piece goods in these products that do not originate in the USA, but our workforce continues to hold the jobs that are necessary to get the products cut, sewn, washed, packaged, received, warehoused, stocked, pulled, shipped, marketed, etc. We all want these jobs to be maintained in the USA. Please help us support the American workers that continue to produce these fine products. It is extremely important to support USA Made commerce in today’s economy.
